With all ‘out and about’ activities suspended because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, here is a wonderful chance for one lucky RTS member to own a unique wooden table 'The Silver River' featuring the River Thames in silver leaf and for all those who buy tickets to help an important River Thames charity.
About the table
Mike Orme has carved the river from source to sea in this beautiful table of Sheesham wood, illuminated in silver leaf, 1400 mm long, 465 mm wide and 455 mm high.

Enjoy the longest regular scheduled boat service in London. Westminster Pier, departing 11.30am, to Hampton Court. Lunch at a suitable venue a erwards. Make own way home via Hampton Court rail station. Please make your own booking at thamesriverboats.co.uk.
Saturday August 22nd 2026 - Upper Tideway Branch
Picnic by the river on the grass at Buccleuch Gardens from 2pm. As with previous years, we will meet up at this popular picnic destination. the tides don’t fall kindly for us this year. If anyone is attempting by boat, high tide is around 10.30am. Ths event is dependent on the weather so please check for updates.
