With all ‘out and about’ activities suspended because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, here is a wonderful chance for one lucky RTS member to own a unique wooden table 'The Silver River' featuring the River Thames in silver leaf and for all those who buy tickets to help an important River Thames charity.
About the table
Mike Orme has carved the river from source to sea in this beautiful table of Sheesham wood, illuminated in silver leaf, 1400 mm long, 465 mm wide and 455 mm high.

Member Activities
With the need to cover a large geographic area, The River Thames Society asks its members to join one of five branches:
Members are welcome to participate in the activities of any branch and, of course, the Annual General Meeting.
Each branch has a committee (of volunteers) including a chairman and secretary. The committee is responsible for preparing a programme of events, volunteering opportunities and social occasions. The five branch chairmen are members of the RTS Council.
A page of the website is devoted to each branch (links above).
Members attended the RTS Annual General Meeting 2023 held at Staines-on-Thames on Saturday April 22nd 2023. Here is a report
